3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, all predictions, recommendations, and information provided through our platform are for guidance purposes only. The actual results, cutoffs, and admission processes are determined by the official authorities (CET Cell, DTE Maharashtra) and may vary.

• Refunds may be provided at our discretion if services cannot be delivered as promised
• No refunds will be provided after a counseling session has been conducted
• Rescheduling of sessions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance

We do not guarantee admission to any college or university based on our predictions or recommendations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apna Counsellor, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Modifications to Terms
